To achieve results takes dedication.  Your ideal weight won’t be reached over night, like  anything worth really achieving it takes commitment; commitment and dedication.

Dedicate yourself and commit to achieving your dream weight.  How can you expect to be exceptional if you are not completely dedicated to your dream.

Commit to the journey, embrace the journey, but understand that your journey may be slow, your results may take a while to achieve. 

Don’t be disheartened by this, no great athlete got to where they are by laziness and a lack of dedication.

No great athlete woke up one day with a taste for stardom and arrived there the next day as a star.

Dedicate yourself to greatness.
