GRATITUDE

Quite simply; once a week at the very least, I will be finding one thing to be grateful for in my life.

I am lucky, I have a lot to be grateful for in my life.  However, I have been guilty in the past of throwing my own pity party, getting stuck in a rut of misery and despair.

I believe that at times it is easier to focus on the negatives, than try to remember the positives.  The negatives become the norm, and finding the positives becomes more of a challenge.

Finding things to be grateful for will give us strength, will give us hope, will relax our soul, and fill our hearts with joy.
