I am a group fitness instructor. I obviously care about health and fitness, and the wellbeing of people.
I believe that bodies are meant to move, that exercise is imperative to our longevity and that many of us sadly do not move enough.
In today’s society we sit for longer that our bodies are designed to, we drive when we should walk, we watch kids watch tv and play computer games, rather than play in the backyard with them and we always have the excuse that we didn’t have enough time to exercise.
Through my classes I can encourage and inspire, through my words I can try to motivate. If I can get even a few more people to appreciate the benefits of exercise then that is a win for me.
