Solitude, gratitude and love

I have spent the last few days at the beach by myself reflecting on the year that was and the year that will be.

One thing that is abundantly clear is how much love and gratitude I feel for everything and everyone in my life.

Spending time by yourself is the perfect time to reflect and regroup, and yesterday I decided that you are never too old to change your life, as I have done this past year.

While I don’t believe in New Years resolutions I do believe in taking a few moments to take stock of your life, if you are happy then be still for long enough to feel proud of your achievements as I have been doing.

If you are unhappy then take those few quiet moments to make plans towards changing your situation.

Thank you all for your support this year, for taking the time to read my blog and give me an outlet to share my thoughts and words.

Wishing you a year ahead of beautiful moments, fun filled adventures, great fulfilling challenges and feeling healthy and inspired.

When I am not dreaming or travelling; I work in communications and media and I also teach body balance group fitness classes.
