Life always gives you what you need at the time

Sometimes life can be confusing; thoughts become muddled, feelings become confused, situations become stressful.

I believe that everything happens for a reason and that life gives you exactly what you need at the time.

I also believe that sometimes we miss the good signs as we focus on the bad too intently.

We dwell on the one negative comment, and forget about the many positive.

We spend all our energy trying to fix one bad thing that we neglect the many great things.

Without getting into it I have been feeling a little disappointed by what I can only describe as a one sided friendship, I have spent so much time feeling sad about it, then what feels like out of the blue friends have text me with beautiful heartfelt messages (these friends are unaware of me feeling sad) these messages came at just the right time.

Life and the universe (as always) gave me exactly what I needed at this moment in time.

I believe the universe has always been doing this, I just had my eyes and ears shut to it all momentarily.

Sometimes life gives you a challenging situation to allow you the chance to grow, to learn, or experience something.

Sometimes people change, friendships end, but what I do know is it is just not worth holding onto anything negative, if things are making you feel bad, sad or stressed get rid of it.

Let it go!

Notice how much lighter you feel!

Life always gives us what we need, if we choose to be positive to be happy to care for people and ourselves I believe life will return in kind.

Yes there will be challenging moments along the way, take those challenges, embrace them and come out stronger as a result.

Life always gives us what we need at the time!
