Resting your body is just as important as moving it

Resting your body is just as important as moving it; resting your muscles is vital to allow them time to heal and recover.

Like anything if you push it too far for too long it will break down, and take longer to heal.

Trust me- I have learnt this the hard way (more than once).

We understand the need to service our cars, do repairs on our houses yet when it comes to our bodies we either push them too hard or neglect them all together.

As with everything it all comes down to balance and moderation!

Taking time out for you to sit still and find calmness should be a necessity not a luxury!

Resting your mind is just as important as using it.

Exercising, resting, stretching, being kind to yourself will all lead to a healthier, happier you.

What are you waiting for ?
