The other night I watched one of my all time favourite movies ‘ Ferris Buellers Day Off’.
To some this movie may be about lies and deception, a smart ass kid with an answer and clever solution to get out of everything and those people are certainly not wrong.
To me it’s about embracing life to the fullest, it’s the ultimate testament for how your days should be spent – living them as though they were your last.
Life does move pretty fast and the pace only seems to get faster each year, before you read on , as yourself this – do you want to look back and think about the life you filled to the brim with happiness, rewarding challenges and joy or do you want to look back and realise you wasted several years as they vanished in the blink of an eye and you wasted some of the best years of your life.
Stop look around, smell the roses, spend more time with people who make you happy, and less with those who don’t.
Start saying no to the extra overtime and forgo the money to be at home to watch a sunset or spend time with love ones.
Don’t forget to breathe deeply for breathing makes everything calmer and more manageable.
Don’t miss out on opportunities due to fear. Fear of failure is nothing compared to the fear of never giving anything a go and having regrets as a result.
Life moves pretty fast – jump on board it’s a pretty amazing ride if you are willing to take risks.
When you blink see a beautiful montage of greatness and wonderful memories dance across your eyelids.
