Being present in the moment

Have you ever just stopped and really enjoyed the moment?

I mean really stopping, creating that kind of stillness that allows you to experience everything with total clarity.


Being present in the moment awakens your senses, heightening them to a new level making everything crisper and more vibrant.

Being present in the moment is vital for our well-being, it calms the mind and soothes the soul.

Taking time out to be still to appreciate a moment in all its entirety is a beautiful and humbling experience.

When I am not dreaming or travelling; I work in communications and media and I also teach body balance group fitness classes.
