Illuminating my spirit with yoga


Dancers pose; a beautiful way to develop concentration and balance, to focus our energy on one fixed point.


Yoga has numerous hidden benefits for our mind body and soul.

Triangle pose: helps to improve digestion, stimulates the function of abdominal organs, and can be helpful for reducing anxiety.


Wide legged forward fold helps to lengthen our spinal column and is calming to our nervous system.


Extended mountain pose and back bends: creates stillness, harmonizes the body and mind, improves blood circulation.


These are just a few of the many benefits that yoga has to offer.

For me, yoga challenges me, it calms me, it strengthens me and illuminates my soul and what can be better than that?
