Glimmer of hope

Today on a public holiday in Brisbane, I found a glimmer of hope.

While this may indeed be a wine, I found this glimmer repeated consistently throughout the day.

In my eyes as I looked in the mirror.

The flickering of a candle.

The tiny flowers that appeared in my grass.

Today the glimmers of hope were seen in my friends new born baby, as I met her for the first time this morning.

In the sun that shone down brightly on me as I sat in my garden and read.

In the knowledge that in ten minutes I will be surrounded by friends and family for a BBQ birthday celebration for my brother.

Today was filled with special moments, that filled me with hope and positivity, and left me with beautiful images glimmering brightly in my memory.
