Happy contemplations

Sometimes when bad things are happening around you, or you feel hard done by, you need to stop for five minutes and contemplate all the good and wonderful things in your life.

Make this part of your daily life to contemplate all the happy memories you can think of in five minutes.

Your life will be richer for it!
