Trying to lose weight? Be realistic about who you are and what you are trying to achieve. Set realistic goals, goals that are actually achievable.
How will you remain motivated if you are constantly failing from the start? What incentive will you have if nothing you are trying is being achieved according to the goal you have set for yourself, the goal that is too high!
Look at the person you are, and visualize the person you want to be. No goal will be met unless you first change your mindset, and become 100 per cent determined to start changing your habits. Talking about changing will get you no where – be that change, live it, believe that you can do it!
Be realistic and reward yourself with meeting, then exceeding those smaller goals you set.
