Cracks in the highway of your life

Sometimes life throws speed bumps in front of you.  One minute you are cruising along a highway of greatness, when small cracks in the road suddenly appear out of nowhere.  Those small cracks cause bumps in your seamless journey,  a large pot hole appears,  and that endless highway of pleasure you once were travelling along, suddenly is disrupted and you need to veer off and change your course.

Before you react – Stop, pull over, review your situation and find an alternative route.  A new path is always there for you, even if at times you are so thrown of course, it seems impossible to find your way out.   Sometimes the pot holes seem so deep, throwing you into a pit of despair; allow yourself time to sink, to wallow to grieve, then pull yourself out, recalibrate your journey  and start listing all the positives that can eventuate out of your new journey.

Cracks are always going to appear, it is how you mend those cracks and deal with the obstacles that count.
