Today is the ten year anniversary of 9/11. Today I have given lots of thought to my life, to the people in my life, to the lives lost on this day, and to the people who lost love ones, not only today but every day that a tragedy occurs.
Days like this; anniversaries of tragedies are a poignant reminder to be grateful for the goodness in your life. Be kind to people around you. Remind people how much they mean to you.
Look after your body, rest your mind, constantly challenge yourself, and live every day to the fullest, each day being a better version of yourself than the day before.
