Presence

How can we expect to achieve greatness in anything we do, if we are not 100 per cent present in what we do.

If I teach a class without being present my members will not get the full experience they deserve.

If my members are not present during the class, their minds and bodies will not be pushed to their full potential.

If you are not present in your relationships, something will always appear to be missing.

How can you really hear what people have to say to you, if you are not present and your focus is elsewhere?  How do you feel when you are talking to someone, knowing their minds are on something else?

Achieving and maintaining presence is a commitment, a skill that we seem to lose in our busy lives.  With so much to do and the feeling of limited time;  for most of us our thoughts are always on at least five things at once.

Narrowing those thoughts down to just one, is a challenge.

Being present can help you to see and hear more, to achieve more and enhance your life is ways you never thought possible.
