Listen to your body

Look after your body, and your body will look after you.

Listen to your body,when it is screaming out at you with tiredness and fatigue, and rest it.

Keep your body healthy, and your body will help you to keep young.

Be kind to your body, and your body will return the favour.

Push yourself to the limit, but reward yourself with rest.

Don’t get too caught up on reaching your ultimate goal, enjoy the journey and appreciate and celebrate the milestones along the way.

I am a traveller at heart.I dream about travel- of exploring the world and meeting new people. When I am not dreaming or travelling; I work in communications and media and I also teach body balance group fitness classes.
